personality summary • Catheriine is a very energetic, fun-loving girl. She loves life and will do anything she can to make it better. When she's down, she doesn't stay down long because she knows that she shouldn't be down--it's pointless. She's bubbly and talkative and isn't afraid to show her wild side. She's out-going and treasures her friends deeply--trust is a very important thing to her, and she picks her friends wisely, because sometimes its hard to know who's your friend and who is just talking/hanging out with you for the fame. She's loyal and keeps her secrets. She always helps a friend in need, and even though she makes jokes and loves to laugh, she knows when to be serious. Catheriine isn't a leader, she's a follower, but she'll follow something that's right, and not wrong. If she sees someone getting bullied, she'll stick up for them, and won't care for a second if she gets hurt.
Catheriine doesn't like being mean, but when she absoultely has to, the person most likely doesn't know who he/she's dealing with. Catheriine is naturally a sweet girl and it takes a lot for her to get mad or upset at someone, but sometimes if someone taunts her about a very sensitive subject, she'll snap right back. She can get very cranky, also, when she wakes up, because she's not a morning person. But after half and hour she's OK. Like I mentioned, Catheriine can get mad at you, but will almost never attempt to swear at you or hurt you physically, because respect towards everyone is also a big issue to her. Catheriine isn't the one to be sad a lot, but if something really hurts her, she can stay depressed for days. Though Catheriine isn't one to keep grudges, because she knows that they're pointless. She's not a girl that likes to hate, so she'll use the term dislike, but even then it's hard to get on her real "bad side". Well, if she has one.
Catheriine isn't one to show affection to people -mostly guys- other than family. She really needs to trust them a lot to actually get that kind of love out of her, and she'll easily shrink away or push the person away if they get to close when she doesn't want them to. It's not that she doesn't like love--she loves it, but she has a hard time giving to other people. Catheriine is not oblivious to peoples' feelings and can tell when someone likes her, so she'll wait and see if that person will make a move, because she doesn't like walking up to them and getting into their private life. Even though, when a guy is oblivious to her feelings, she'll leave it the way it is. Catheriine was never one to "fight" over a guy and will back off pretty easily unless she has a very strong belief that they belong together, as cheesy as it may sound.
let's pretend i don't know them !

history • Catheriine was born on July 20th, at 3:35 in the afternoon to two very happy parents: Louise and Jonathan. She was born in St. Mary's Hospital of Montreal, Canada, and to be honest, her parents had no idea what they were in for. When Catheriine was just six weeks old her mother had to go to work to pay for some of the house that she and her brother's wive, along with her mother's parents, so Catheriine was baby-sat by her father. Her grandparents on her father's side; Marcia and Tom, usually came over to their place to see Catheriine and give her presents, so she grew up with grandparents that spoiled her. When she was ten months old, she took the first big steps of her life--Catheriine learned to walk. Her mother recalled to her that she got up in the middle of the night and started to cry. When her mother picked her up, she pointed to the ground. Her mother had set her down and she had walked half way to the other side of the room, where her tired but excited father was waiting for her. You can imagine how proud her mother and father were at their little daughter's achievement. Sadly, though, when Catheriine was only a year old her father had left her mother for someone else. But that didn't stop her mother from trying her d**nest to help her child grow into a wonderful girl.
As Catheriine grew up, her mother found out that she was a very curious kid, and often did things that she shouldn't. For example: when Catheriine was three or four, her mother made her take vitamins every day, as would someone else's mother, and one day when her mother wasn't looking, she overdosed on the vitamins because they were "so good". She had to be rushed to the hospital and have them make her .. well, the rest you don't really need to know. Catheriine grew up with animals, because her mother loved them, and her animal was a cat. Her mother's cat, Neecha, had died from a rare form of descease in cats, so after a few months they had gotten a new one: Clio. Clio was a gray and white short-furred cat that was always bouncing off the walls [sometimes litterally] and having fun, getting excercise. So when her mother found Clio meowing at the cofee table, she became concerned and looked to what she was meowing at--Catheriine was eating playdo. Now, playdo is usually for playing and not eating, and that's exactly the reason Catheriine had to go to the hospital again and they made her.. you know. After those two incidents everyone in her family knew to keep an eye on her, just in case. And thank goodness, too. Catheriine loved experimenting, also, so one day she put a loonie in a computer and wanted to see if it would appear on the screen. In short, it didn't, and the computer almost blew up.
Catheriine's mother brought her to a daycare every morning, in which the afternoon her grandfather Joe would pick her up because the daycare was just three blocks down from their house. The daycare was run by a woman in her sixties that was named Suzie, and Catheriine always had a wonderful time there. She made plenty of friends there and had lots of fun, and sometimes would refuse to leave the daycare until her friends hugged her and told her goodbye. When she got home she'd usually hang out with her grandmother, Joan, until her mother came home from work. Her grandmother and Catheriine had a very special bond together. Her grandmother Joan could see people's auras and had a spiritual guide, Henry, whom she would let talk through her when she went to meetings with other people with this power. So when Catheriine came home Joan would put her on her lap and rock back and forth in her rocking chair, and tell her stories until she fell asleep. One day when she was coming home from daycare with her grandfather, though, he told her that Zophie was having a baby named Jarek. [pronounced: Ya-rek] She was very excited and once the baby got home she went down to greet him. He was very cute and giggled whenever he saw her, and the two became very good friends.
Finally, it was time for school to start. Catheriine was extremely nervous the first day and waited anxiously with her mother at the bus stop as they waited for the bus to come. Her mother promised her that she would have a good time and that she would see her after work, and as Catheriine got on the bus she saw her mother crying--Catheriine was crying, too. But soon on the busride a red-headed girl came on and Catheriine knew that they would become great friends so she asked her to sit next to her. She found out that the girl's name was Aurelia and that she had a little trouble speaking english because she came from a russian family. Catheriine didn't mind and the two did become good friends--and fast. As Catheriine grew up her whole family found that she was brilliant writer, and at first that's what she wanted to do. But then her father met a girl named Crystal he instantly fell head over heels and married her. Crystal was an extremely nice woman whom was willing to do anything for Catheriine and her father, and her father was willing to do anything for her. They moved into an apartement in Laval and got a dog named Riley, which was a cross between a Labrador and a Border collie, so he grew up to be pretty big. Every second weekend Catheriine went to her father's place and spent time with her father's side of the family, staying up late and watching the stars through a telescope on their small balcony. Catheriine's writing dreams changed when Crystal heard her singing in her room one night to Somewhere Over the Rainbow and told her that she was extremely good. Catheriine thanked her and from then on wanted to be a singer--but knew that she had to write lyrics, so it was all good.
Catheriine gained new friends and soon passed elementary, which that summer she had a huge party at her mother's with all of her friends. They talked and laughed, played and even teased eachother occasionally. The sleepover lasted three days, until most of the girls had to go to camp. That summer, though, everything changed. Zophie had another child and named her Dana. Jarek didn't get along with Dana very much, so Catheriine usually went downstairs and said hello and played with her. That summer, Catheriine went with her father and Crystal to her Uncle Ken's and his soon-to-be-wife Allison's wedding, where her and her two female cousins Ashton and Mackenzie met eachother and became good friends. A day before the wedding, something happened that Catheriine will most likely never forget. Her mother called her and she sounded sort of sad, and Catheriine asked what was wrong. Oh, there were a lot of things that were wrong. Her grandmother had gotten very sick, very fast, and passed away the day before. Catheriine was struck very hard by that and even cried at the afterparty at the wedding! When she got home, all of the relatives on her mother's side were there and she greeted them before going up to her room. She couldn't believe that she never had the chance to say goodbye.
When Catheriine went into Junior High, her grandfather Joe was diagnosed with liver cancer that November and died in early January. Catheriine got a week off to grief, then went back to school. Her friends told her that she was no fun anymore and that she had changed personality wise and looks wise--she'd become skinner and looked tired all the time. Catheriine tried to convince them that it was nothing but they didn't believe her and sent her to talk to a counselor, which only made her mad at them. She snapped and told them that they shouldn't get in her buisness and that she was fine, and they backed off. That year, also, she met a bronze-haired boy named Alex, and the two instantly hit it off. He took in her problems, and she was surprised how willing she was to talk to him about it, and soon they started to date. But nothing good ever lasts long. In April, she found out that he was cheating on her and dating another girl behind her back, and she broke up with him, not talking to him ever since. She had passed grade seven and her mother and her soon moved from their triplex, simply because they couldn't pay for it, now that grandma Joan and grandpa Joe were gone, and they moved into a small but cozy house.

Tara was on the eleventh page of the cat book, immersed completely into the printed black words in the rough, thick paper that she hardly noticed when someone bumped into her chair. She felt a slight vibration and blinked out of her reverie, looking up at the person whom had bumped into her. She raised a delicate blonde brow when the boy apologized. Why would he apologize--it wasn't like she was hurt. The way Tara looked at it was; if you didn't get the person hurt, why apologize? It was like wasting words.. if that was possible. But she supposed it could be possible; wasting words was like wasting breath and wasting breath was basically wasting time of your life when you could've probably been doing other things.
The boy said a faint well, and Tara kept her gaze on his hesitant figure for a moment, taking him in. He had dark brown hair, and his bangs gently slid across his face. Tara'd never seen the hairstyle before and found it cool. She noticed his eyes were the darkest of browns and that he had the aura of a punk rock artist, because of the way he dressed. The way he spoke was so innocent yet so untamed that Tara had to blink to keep herself from flinching. Yeah, so Tara was a bit odd with the way she examined people. So what? She bet everyone was odd, atleast once in their lives'.
After a few moments of simply scanning his figure, she turned back to her book nonchalantly, as if she had never seen him or heard him speak at all. He didn't look like he wanted to make conversation anyways, so she decided not to intervene with his thoughts. She continued to read the adventure story and flipped the page quickly once she had finished the eleventh, but then snapped out of her reverie once again as the boy spoke. Tara looked up, annoyance and surprisement on her face at the same time, but then the two emotions were replaced by amusement.
"You must be the first one to actually say it the right way," Tara mused quietly, a grin etching itself onto her pale pink lips, showing two rows of pointed, pearly white teeth. Obviously she'd been using Oral-B Five Minute White Strips. She was obviously talking about how he had asked her with a 'may' instead of a 'can'. She found it quite insulting when someone asked something with a can at the beginning, because it was like either the person or her 'couldn't' do what the person was asking.. wait, what? Tara shook her head, then responded, "Sure, sit right down." She threw in a small shrug before turning back to her book.
